We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day running of the hotel, in support of the General Manager. You’ll be working closely with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly and our guests feel right at home. If you enjoy working with people, have a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Overseeing daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and drink and maintenance
  • Supporting and motivating the team to deliver great service

  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues quickly
  • Helping with budgets, cost control and planning
