Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
Lead and inspire a diverse team of operations staff
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and codes
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resource allocation
Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting future needs and expense
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
This is a Full-time and Temp to hire position
Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, weekends off
