SUMMARY

Wyngit Delivery is a leader in same-day delivery across British Columbia, specializing in last-mile solutions for e-commerce, retail, and pharmaceutical businesses. In 2024, we delivered over 3.6 million packages with the support of our growing team of 150 dedicated people. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee on-road operations and business administration. Reporting directly to the VP, this role will be central to driving operational excellence and supporting Wyngit’s continued growth across Western Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery operations.
• University Education preferred in logistics, supply chain management, or business.
• Proven success in scaling teams and launching new operations or business units.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in training and development.
• Solid understanding of logistics technology platforms (e.g., routing, dispatch, and delivery tracking systems).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
