Job Title: Operations Manager – Manpower Services

JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Manager – Outsourcing Unit is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of outsourced staffing operations—from recruitment to deployment—across various industries such as banking, healthcare, security, and facility management. The role includes client servicing, team supervision, compliance, and financial oversight, with a strong focus on recruitment and international workforce sourcing.

Requirements:1. 1. Recruitment & International Sourcing

• Lead recruitment for outsourced roles across different sectors.
• Build and maintain partnerships with international recruitment agencies and workforce suppliers.
• Source candidates from different countries nations based on client requirements.
• Ensure timely onboarding and mobilization of staff with proper documentation and visa processing.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Industry focus: Construction, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Security
• Experience working with overseas recruitment agencies (Different countries)
• Strong network of local service providers (medical centers, typing centers, travel agencies, etc.)
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
