EDUCATION:
Post-secondary degree/diploma with some courses in business, finance or human resources required.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years progressive experience in management of staff in unionized environment, managing budgets. planning and analysis. policy development. Experience working in an educational institution is an asset. Experience managing within the fine arts industry preferred.

Services include support for financial, human resources, facilities and health and safety activities. Operations Manager works with the Chair of the assigned Departments, Executive Officer, and the Dean’s Office to provide leadership and support in developing and implementing strategies for the operational aspect of academic program delivery.
