WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by operations—not as red tape, but as the backbone of high-performing teams. You’re an empathetic problem-solver who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

  • Proven experience managing teams and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or related leadership roles.
  • Excellent communicator—you know how to translate between departments, clients, and crews.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills—you thrive with a good system and a clear plan.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard operational tools.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED PROVEN SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • PMP Certification or similar operational/project credentials.
  • Familiarity with AV systems, lighting control, or construction environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP software and service dispatch systems.
  • Experience working with trades, contractors, or technical teams.
  • Experience working with HVAC, Plumbing, Security Systems, or IT.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the connective tissue of our company—supporting and guiding the teams that make our projects possible. You’ll lead our support, projects, installation, and engineering departments while collaborating across leadership, finance/administration, and sales/marketing. You’ll keep us aligned, efficient, and ahead of the curve.

  • Collaborate with PMs and technicians to solve challenges in real-time.
  • Review and update team forecasts and project schedules.
  • Create consistency and accountability through great communication and follow-through. Help improve systems, tools, and workflows to scale with ZIO’s growth.
  • Oversee building, fleet, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and company KPIs.
  • Lead with empathy, clarity, and a focus on outcomes.
