POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven individual to join our team as Operations & Marketing Manager. This unique, hands-on role blends front-of-house hospitality with brand management—serving as the face of our property while also shaping the digital and event experience. You’ll wear multiple hats and play a vital part in creating a seamless, elevated guest journey from booking to departure (and beyond).

EVENT & EXPERIENCE COORDINATION

  • Assist with the planning and execution of on-site events, private dinners, and seasonal activations
  • Liaise with vendors, entertainment, and staff to ensure smooth event operations
  • Create small moments of delight for guests that align with the hotel’s brand

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of hospitality, event, or marketing experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-focused demeanor
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Aesthetic sensibility and an eye for visual branding (photography or social media experience a plus)
  • Comfortable using booking systems, basic website platforms, and social media management tools
