POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are a growing staffing and services firm seeking a driven Operations & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by managing day-to-day operations, supporting current client relationships, and driving growth through outreach and marketing initiatives. This is a local role that requires in-person visits to area businesses, cold calling, and building strong relationships with both clients and workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in operations, business development, or marketing (staffing industry experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working onsite and interacting with clients in person
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
