This is the broad job description of the job profile. Definitive job description should be reviewed and discussed between you and your manager. Perform daily operational and regulatory reporting as assigned, acting in the Maker capacity. Prepare, validate and submit daily reports accurately and within stipulated timelines, in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or exceptions during the reporting process. Review and verify reports prepared by the Maker to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Identify, review and address inconsistencies or potential errors through follow-up and discussion with Makers. Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation Design and implement process changes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and guidelines - Collaborate with IT teams to implement system changes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems - Monitor and report on process performance, identifying areas for further improvement Job Requirements: A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in process management, operations, or a related field Proven track record of process improvement and implementation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Experience with process mapping tools and techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma What we offer: Competitive base salary.
