ABOUT THIS VACANCY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Monitoring Engineer to join the IT Operations team of our client. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving monitoring solutions across mission-critical systems, with a strong focus on Linux-based environments. This role is essential to ensuring system stability and performance in a high-demand, 24/7 operational context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain monitoring tools for infrastructure, applications, and services
  • Focus on Linux server monitoring and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with IT Ops and other technical teams to define KPIs and alerting thresholds
  • Analyze monitoring data to detect anomalies and prevent incidents
  • Support incident response and post-incident reviews using monitoring insights
  • Contribute to automation and observability improvements across the stack
