Description

Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function. May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality. Overseeing a letter range for income events. Requires payments and equity knowledge and experience, operations experience, MS Office Suite experience, financial market knowledge and experience, customer service skills, admin/data entry experience, and teamwork skills. Banking experience is a plus. VBA knowledge and experience are beneficial, as are leadership skills.
Position: Operations Officer
Shift: M-F Core Business Hours (First 3 months 100% in office, then 4 days a week in office)
Location: Toronto

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of admin experience; Payments and equity knowledge and experience; Operations experience; MS Office Suite exp; Financial Market knowledge and experience; Customer service skills; Admin/data entry experience; Team Player; Banking experience preferred; College or University Degree. VBA knowledge and experience are a plus.
