Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Business Officer to oversee and manage our business operations in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling key operational tasks, including managing sandbox environments, SIM, and wallet accounts, while ensuring seamless business operations. This role requires frequent travel across cities in Bangladesh, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Operational Management:
Oversee and manage the company’s operations in Bangladesh, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Handle the setup, maintenance, and management of sandbox environments, SIM, and wallet accounts.
Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
2 Business Development:
Meet with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster business relationships and explore new opportunities.
Represent the company in meetings with officials, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders.
3 Compliance and Reporting:
Follow instructions and guidelines from superiors in Dubai to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
Prepare and submit regular reports on operational activities, business progress, and market insights.
4 Travel and On-Ground Operations:
Travel frequently to various cities in Bangladesh to oversee operations, meet clients, and explore business opportunities.
Ensure all on-ground activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.
5 Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Dubai team to implement strategies and ensure operational excellence.
Provide feedback and insights to improve processes and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Male, Indonesian, with maximum age is 35 years old.
  • Knowledgeable about maintenance, SIM, and wallet account management is preferred but not a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in Bangladesh and travel extensively across Bangladesh.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa (both written and spoken).
