Job Description
As a Operations Officer within Business Lending, you will take on a critical support role within a client’s business lending process. This position focuses on ensuring seamless application workflows, conducting thorough property assessments, and maintaining precise documentation standards. Working alongside teams dedicated to business loans, you’ll handle a range of administrative tasks, contributing to both the accuracy and efficiency of lending operations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating with commercial departments, verifying essential documentation, and supporting compliance requirements by maintaining organized records. You’ll also collaborate with external experts to ensure high standards in lending assessments. Your proactive approach and keen attention to detail will be essential in upholding the client’s standards and supporting their long-term lending objectives.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or finance.
- Languages: Fluency in French and Dutch & basic English knowledge is beneficial for collaboration with international teams.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent written communication abilities.
- Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a strong commitment to long-term growth within the team.
- Flexibility: Comfortable in a dynamic team environment and open to on-the-job learning during the initial months.
