Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Officer to manage daily import and export shipments and ensure seamless coordination with clients, airlines and customs authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in air freight import operations
• Familiar with freight systems and import procedures
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Coordinate and monitor incoming air freight shipments or execute export shipments.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g. airway bills, invoices, customs forms).
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officers to ensure timely cargo clearance and lodge in.
• Update shipment status in internal systems and handle customer inquiries
• Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
