Role Summary:

• Coordinate the Daily Flying schedule liaising with Pilots, Engineers & Ground Staff.
• Liaise with Onshore and Offshore Clients with regards to flight requirements and changes.
• Maintain a continuous Flight Following watch during the period of duty.
• Co-ordinate SAR & Medevac response in accordance with Company procedures.
• Complete daily flight statistics for monthly reporting.
• Ensure the operations and duty hand-over reports are recorded in an efficient manner.
• Base Administration – book accommodation, create purchase orders, reconcile invoices & organise any building maintenance requests
