First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, Operations Officer to join our Commercial Real Estate Team. As an Operations Officer, you will provide operational support for delivering a complete, accurate loan documentation and closing package in coordination with the CRED Loan Officer, following credit approval, and in compliance within bank policies in a timely manner while ensuring superior customer service to both internal and external customers. You will also train, guide, and assist Junior level CRED Operations team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of relevant banking experience.
  • 5 years of experience in commercial banking operations and support, with a strong focus on loan operations, particularly in commercial real estate and construction lending.
