Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Period: 14 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week, moving to 4 days in Nov
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Previous work with SLAs
• Previous data/analytical experience – Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively as a tea

Review and validate transfer requests for wealth, submitted by front office, validate on internal systems – review client records, client information, assess transfers.
