QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English
Excellent in customer service
Well versed in IT Skills (MS Office database management)
Passionate about delivering excellence, detailed, customer focused and results oriented.

• · Safety of team and equipment/assets at all times.
  · Must display the highest level of customer service to all clients by maintaining pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing attitude.
  · Wing walking and marshalling to ensure safe services.
  · Required to wear and maintain a professional uniform as supplied by Jetex along with PPE.
  · Use GTM to update/view/assist handling requests, special requests and fuelling services.
  · Coordinate with the Duty Officer on customer requests, questions, and needs maintain continuous quality services.
  · Assist Duty Officer to coordinate the client’s complaints.
  · Operate office equipment to include but not limited to air-to-ground radios (base station), ground radios, GTM systems, computers and phones as required.
  · Provide current airport information for crew and passengers (weather/flights plan, locations, services etc.).
  · Knowledge of Customer Service should include assisting customers with hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, limo service, local attractions, activities and other functions that will be helpful to the clients.
  · Follow safety regulations, company policies, and guidelines from Jetex/London Airports.
  · Any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
