Job Description Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate domestic and international road transportation activities Manage transport orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely execution Maintain effective communication with carriers, customers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve transportation issues Track and analyze transport-related performance and service quality indicators Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards Handle logistics documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks Support continuous improvement initiatives within transport and logistics processes Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations Confident working proficiency in English, both written and spoken Native or fluent Hungarian language skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Experience working with ERP, TMS, or SAP systems is considered an advantage Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Information Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
