The role supports customer satisfaction and organizational profitability through error-free billing, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the depot, including stock replenishment and rake unloading. They also manage quality assurance, dispatch planning, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards.
