As an operational employee, you are responsible for handling shipments according to procedures and agreements with clients, including managing files up to invoicing. You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and agents and report quality issues.

DESCRIPTION

• Fully operational and administrative handling of shipments.
• Ensuring correct execution in accordance with procedures and agreements with customers.
• Maintaining contacts with customers, suppliers, and agents.
• Operational file management up to and including invoicing.
• Identifying and reporting quality issues.
• All other related tasks.
