Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake, 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm! You will mostly be working in the vehicles warehouse and will work closely with your team to:
- Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
