Job Description Join our Operations team as a key contributor to quality, regulatory, and process optimization. In this role, you will ensure operational integrity, strengthen risk controls, and help scale the business through continuous improvement and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Champion quality assurance and risk controls, ensuring full alignment with internal procedures and regulatory standards Lead the preparation and oversight of CRS, FATCA, tax reporting, and related data enhancement initiatives Manage FR DTT monthly reconsolidation with a focus on accuracy and compliance Execute daily QA controls and maintain oversight through structured tracking tools Oversee and quality-check outsourced activities (internal and external providers), ensuring high performance and accountability Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements Maintain and enhance departmental procedures in line with regulatory developments and internal policy updates Coordinate daily operational activities and provide expert support for complex client queries Contribute to bank-wide initiatives, audit preparation, and risk event management Drive knowledge sharing and deliver training to strengthen team capability Support broader Operations initiatives as business needs evolve Qualifications Strong expertise in AML/ATF regulations, EU regulatory frameworks, FATCA/CRS, and Luxembourg banking privacy laws Solid experience in banking and financial operations, including electronic payments Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a collaborative team environment Additional Information Be at the heart of operational excellence and regulatory integrity Play a visible role in process improvement and business scaling A comprehensive benefits package including annual performance bonus, occupational pension scheme, share plan, concierge services, 34.5 paid holidays, and more A great work environment in our offices located at Luxembourg’s Kirchberg financial district.
