Job Description • Perform morning day-end balancing to review courier collections and deliveries from the previous day, including any outstanding cash to be collected. • Schedule appointments using the SINGTEL Fulfilment System (FS). • Retrieve data from SINGTEL Fulfilment System (FS) for redeliveries or payment tender modes. • Coordinate appointments with couriers for collections or deliveries. • Handle email enquiries from accounts including but not limited to Singtel, Apple, China Mobile, Circle, Microsoft, FedEx. • Generate daily FS (SINGTEL dockets) and payment reports (Visa, cash, voucher, cheque). • Collate STMS reports for corporate orders, including vouchers and cheques. • Respond to customer email enquiries and manage CRM correspondence. • Manage the support-room time and attendance in the afternoon daily. • Produce monthly staff and service-provider (SP) KPI reports. • Monitor systems remotely from home when required (timeslot S1/S2/S3). Education / Certificate: • O-Level, Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec Requirements: • Proficient in Excel with basic computer literacy. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Meticulous, with good time management and a service-oriented mindset. • Flexible, and able to work independently as well as in a team. • Experience in handling records, scheduling, and supporting daily operations. • Skilled in managing tasks, organising files, and maintaining orderly workflows.
