OPERATIONS OFFICER – TRANSFERS

A leading wealth management and banking provider with a strong presence across the UK ais looking for an Operations Officer to join their Settlements and Transfers team in Blackpool.

• Enable the accurate and timely delivery and receipt of stock transfers
• Register physical shares both in and out of client and nominee names
• Monitor settlement of trades against payment via Avaloq, liaising with Client Services and Counterparties
• Review daily stock reconciliations for custodians
• Chase outstanding transfers and ensure deadlines are met
• Complete fund application/stock transfer forms and liaise with CDD and Compliance where required
• Assist with system testing for fixes and upgrades
• Contribute to improving internal processes and efficiencies
