As an Operations Payroll Representative you will support the office, operations, and accounting services team by ensuring accurate processing and recording of all company payroll including union and non-union payroll. Participating in daily data entry, payroll processing, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate payroll operations.What You'll Do Process payroll weekly using SAP payroll platform Review payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and make any necessary adjustments Work closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues Review and compute wages, and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings, ensuring that all changes to payroll are processed correctly Review and audit master file and pay data entries Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters Assist with processing financial functions such as A/P, A/R, payroll, and timesheets Cross train and work with team members as needed with daily workflow Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership What You'll Have High School Diploma or equivalent is required; certificate in accounting related is preferred 3 years of administrative/accounting work Strong knowledge of accounting procedures for accounts receivables, accounts payable and payroll Tech savvy to learn new computer applications and software quickly; SAP and/or SuccessFactors experience is preferred What You'll Get Benefit Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage 401K w/ Company Match Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays Potential Bonus Opportunities Career Development Opportunities Employee Discounts Weekly Payroll Work Environment Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice Seeing: Must be able to read reports and use computer.
