Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Manager in various people and culture activities, including performance review cycles, career planning, and competency framework implementation.
  • Assisting in driving efficient HR activities that support colleagues’ productivity, growth, and overall well-being.
  • Managing and maintaining the performance management system to ensure data accuracy and track key metrics.
  • Offering guidance and coaching on talent management and performance while helping to nurture a coaching culture aligned with the firm’s values.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to support organizational development and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to colleagues and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and recommending solutions, while ensuring fair and consistent grievance resolution.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager in reviewing and enhancing compensation and benefits policies/programs in alignment with the organization’s strategy and budgets.
  • Contributing to the execution of the People & Culture strategy, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university; HR-related education is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and is able to interact effectively with colleagues and managers at all levels.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, performance management, and HR labor laws and policies
  • Maintaining accuracy of performance records and actionable insights shared with the HRBP Senior Manager
  • Thrives both independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive data.
  • Exhibits strong judgment, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
