The Role The Operations Performance and Insights Analyst plays a critical part in enabling data‑driven decision making across Benetas Community Health and Care (CHC). You will be responsible for designing and delivering meaningful reporting, intuitive dashboards, and high‑quality insights that support operational performance, planning, and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that help teams understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that ultimately improve outcomes for our clients and communities. * Establish and maintain robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that align with business and service priorities * Develop insightful, accurate, and timely reports to support operational, financial, and workforce decision making * Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing detailed and practical insights * Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that add real value * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs * Proactively improve reporting processes and visualisations to enhance clarity and impact About you We are seeking an experienced Operations Performance and Insights Manager/Analyst who has led the end‑to‑end design and delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions in a complex service environment. * Proven experience in the aged care sector, with strong understanding of operational, funding, and compliance‑driven reporting requirements * Demonstrated ability to build reporting frameworks and dashboards from scratch, including requirements gathering, data modelling, visual design, and rollout * Advanced capability in tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, including data transformation, modelling, and development of intuitive, user‑focused dashboards * Strong working knowledge of Metabase for analytics, reporting, and insight generation * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders * Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering across operational, finance, and technology teams * High attention to detail, strong data governance mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement All persons at Benetas will need to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be eligible for employment or engagement.
