Why Join Us Be the performance lead for key operations across Benelux Collaborate with high-level stakeholders across Distribution, Claims, IT & more Shape how Allianz tracks, steers, and improves service, productivity & quality Hybrid work model with flexibility and trust Career development opportunities within Allianz Group Work in an environment that values data, action, and continuous improvement What You'll Do Lead the full performance cycle: from dashboard insights to steering meetings and improvement plans Conduct performance reviews with senior leaders, driving alignment and accountability Support a fact-based decision culture, linking insights to operational and customer outcomes Build and evolve a consistent KPI framework covering SLA, backlog, First Time Right, customer feedback, and more Align definitions across countries (Belgium and the Netherlands) and Lines of Business (P&C, Life) Collaborate with the Data Office & IT to ensure reliable, actionable data Act as Product Owner for Power BI dashboards – shaping, delivering, and enhancing key tools Promote dashboard adoption and expand visibility across Distribution, Underwriting & Claims Contribute to COO strategy, transformation roadmaps, and operating model evolution Provide operational insights for steering committees and Group-level alignment Your Profile You combine analytical sharpness with operational awareness. You understand what drives performance and how to turn insights into action. You’re structured, collaborative, and comfortable steering across multiple teams. 7–12 years of experience in performance management, operations, analytics, or transformation Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or similar field Power BI fluency and experience working in agile or DevOps environments Strong understanding of operational workflows and service metrics Skilled in turning data into clear, actionable narratives Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus Ready to Drive What’s Next?
