This role is critical to ABEC’s success—balancing resources, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across global operations. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and capacity targets Partner with Project Management and Senior Leadership on strategic planning and milestone execution Oversee material availability and inventory to prevent shortages Coordinate resources across machines, manpower, and departments Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement recovery plans Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Communicate effectively across purchasing, engineering, and operations teams Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Engineering degree a plus 5+ years’ experience in custom/specialist manufacturing environments Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management Proficiency in MRP systems (Infor Syteline a plus), MS Project, and MS Office Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
