Job Description: TechX is looking for an Operations Platform Lead (XOps) to own, manage, and scale our internal XOps platform, the central system powering company-wide performance management, OKRs, metrics dashboards, workflow automation, XBot integrations, and future internal operational modules. This senior role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and internal product ownership, requiring strong analytical capability, system thinking, and cross-functional leadership. You will ensure XOps evolves into a high-impact internal platform that enhances transparency, performance, and alignment across all teams at TechX. Key Responsibilities: 1. Platform Ownership & Governance Own the full lifecycle of the XOps platform: OKRs, performance management, metrics dashboards, automations, workflows, and integrations. Define platform roadmap and manage prioritization of enhancements, fixes, and new modules. Act as the primary system owner bridging business needs and technical implementation. 2. Requirements, Design & System Optimization Translate operational needs into system workflows, rules, and configurations. Analyze gaps in processes (performance, feedback loops, OKR alignment, operational workflows). Improve system design to automate manual processes and increase operational efficiency. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR, Ops, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams. Lead requirement clarification sessions, BRD/FRD creation, and system design discussions. Coordinate with engineering to implement features, integrations, and improvements. 4. Operations & Data Integrity Ensure system reliability, user access control, configuration accuracy, and workflow consistency. Monitor performance of modules, dashboards, and automations within XOps. Maintain data quality and integrity across OKR, performance, and operational metrics. 5. Training, Support & Change Management Train teams on how to use new modules or workflows. Build documentation, SOPs, and onboarding guides for system users. Lead rollout of new features with proper communication, testing, and adoption strategies. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of operational workflows. Experience leading or managing internal platforms, business systems, or operations tools. Ability to design workflows, data flows, system logic, and business rules. Experience working with engineering teams on feature delivery and system integrations.
