Salary: £26,000 per annum + Performance based bonus
Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, shift pattern between 8am – 6pm Monday-Friday
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service

• Creating SOPs and H2Gs: You will be responsible for mapping E2E customer journeys and processes to support our frontline teams
• Build Compass Procedures: You will lead in developing the Compass Administration Tool to correctly translate process flows into procedures with additional scripting to support advisors
• Enhancing User Experience: Monitor and review departmental performance to identify opportunities to enhance processes and/or Compass functionality
