HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

• Manage relationships with third-party product providers, ensuring alignment with local operations and global standards.
• Lead vendor negotiations, SLA management and performance reviews.
• Act as the escalation point for unresolved vendor issues affecting terminal systems.
• Coordinate timely maintenance, upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.
• Monitor system performance and lead resolution of recurring issues.
• Ensure system readiness during peak periods and special operations.
• Drive delivery of product enhancements and new features with internal teams and vendors.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee UAT and rollout.
• Lead system integration for terminal expansions and new deployments.
• Define technical requirements and support audits on system governance.
• Provide out-of-hours support for critical systems to maintain operational continuity.Prioritise and resolve incidents based on impact, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

Location: Stanford Le Hope – On site
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
