JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our GLASS manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, supply chain systems, and quality control measures. The Production Manager will lead a team of production staff and collaborate with various departments to optimize production workflows.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with quality control processes and standards within a production setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supply chain operations effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
