What will will do: Manage day-to-day operational execution across multiple global and domestic contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Support supply chain activities including demand planning, procurement coordination, and production scheduling. Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, logistics, customer support) and external suppliers. Track program timelines, risks, and deliverables using project management tools and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Assist in implementing and improving operational processes, helping drive efficiency, quality, and cost improvements. Support quarterly business reviews with contract manufacturers by preparing performance data and supplier scorecards. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve planning, execution, and cost control. Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities by maintaining supply inputs and supporting scenario planning. Support product ramp-up and transitions through close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. Drive smaller-scale improvement projects or workstreams under guidance from senior operations leadership. What you have: Education & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program/project management roles. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supplier management, or hardware product lifecycles. Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex timelines and multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in Excel, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project), and ERP systems. Analytical mindset with experience working with data to drive decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Proven experience sourcing additive manufacturing materials (e.g., powders, filaments, photopolymers). Strong track record of hardware sourcing, including production machinery and tools. Solid understanding of additive manufacturing technologies is a plus Skills: Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills. Strong command of Sage ERP, Arena PLM, and Netstock ERP (highly preferred) Ability to travel locally and internationally (up to 10%). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ISO, REACH, RoHS, and related compliance frameworks Experience with sustainability and circular economy practices in procurement.
