POSITION SUMMARY We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and analytical Operations Project Manager to support our cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact programs. This role plays a critical part in driving company-wide initiatives that enhance operational performance across Cogir’s communities and the Service Center, our corporate office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who excels at leading complex projects from planning through execution. This position is central to organizing and streamlining operations, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, serving as the central hub for project planning, tracking, and communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor day-to-day operational projects to ensure smooth execution of business activities. Oversee key processes, ensuring they are timely, accurate, and aligned with company standards. Identify process gaps and implement solutions for operational efficiency. Project & Task Management: Ensure assigned projects, deliverables, and action items are completed on time and within scope. Track progress against timelines and proactively address barriers to completion. Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Decision-Making: Make timely, informed decisions that prioritize business needs and team success. Support and guide team members in sound decision-making aligned with organizational priorities. Team & Culture Leadership: Model and promote a culture of ownership, urgency, and collaboration. Foster positive working relationships across teams, encouraging open communication and shared goals. Provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Quality & Compliance: Ensure work products and processes meet quality standards with attention to detail. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational protocols. Reporting & Communication: Provide timely, clear, and accurate communications to leadership and cross-functional teams. Maintain documentation, reporting tools, and dashboards to support transparency and accountability. Ethical & Organizational Standards: Uphold and promote Cogir’s values and philosophy, emphasizing ethics, integrity, and quality service. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence in facility management. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience). Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher), or equivalent process-improvement certification, is a plus. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related leadership role is required. Technical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in project management tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Demonstrated ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and promote a positive, high-performance culture. Special Requirements: This position is based in our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office and requires on-site presence Monday through Friday.
