Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detailed‑oriented Operations Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects that enhance our operational efficiency and support our rapid growth. You will take initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who brings order to complex initiatives and enjoys seeing their work directly impact the business. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with multiple departments.

MUST‑HAVE HARD SKILLS

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced technology or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from IT infrastructure upgrades to process improvements.
  • Proficiency using Jira for project planning, tracking and reporting.
  • Experience creating detailed project plans with defined scope, milestones and resource allocations.
  • Demonstrated competence in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and status reporting.

NICE‑TO‑HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience in the gaming, software or digital entertainment industry.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification).
  • Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management, and with support desk software such as Jira Service Management.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks, hardware, corporate software) and event logistics.
  • Knowledge of operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

SOFT SKILLS

  • Clear, structured communication and active listening.
  • Adaptability in response to changing project requirements and business needs.
  • Analytical problem‑solving skills to address project challenges and optimize processes.
  • Team leadership skills that inspire, motivate and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities to balance multiple tasks.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to build rapport and resolve conflicts.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology or B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including IT, HR, Finance and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in operational process improvement and change management.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous but not mandatory.
