Description Total Warehouse is hiring a senior, execution-focused Operations Project Manager to help turn leadership direction into clear processes, accountable execution, and measurable results. The Operations Project Manager will partner closely with executive leadership to translate high-level direction into actionable workflows, mapped processes, and measurable execution plans. This role requires someone who can adapt to a direct, outcome-focused leadership style, operate effectively with ambiguity, and independently convert intent into structure. Requirements Own tracking and completion of operational initiatives and action items Maintain visibility into owners, timelines, dependencies, and risks Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignment and drive resolution Act as the accountability owner ensuring leaders follow through on commitments Map current-state operational workflows across service and operations teams Identify inefficiencies, handoff issues, and unclear ownership Design and document future-state workflows Develop, maintain, and drive adoption of SOPs that are practical and actively used Use AI tools to: Track initiatives and action items Summarize meetings and extract decisions Support process documentation and workflow design Reduce manual administrative work for operations leaders Identify and implement AI-driven tools that free teams from low-value admin work Prepare service leaders for weekly 1:1s with executive leadership Build structured agendas and ensure meetings are outcome-driven Capture decisions, action items, and next steps; ensure follow-through Maintain organized calendars that protect time for critical initiatives Compile and present KPI and operational reporting from NetSuite and other systems Provide leadership with timely, accurate visibility into performance and execution progress Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations project management, program management, or execution-focused roles Proven ability to translate ambiguity into structure and execution plans Demonstrated experience with process mapping and workflow design Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Comfortable navigating NetSuite ERP for reporting and data extraction Hands-on experience using AI tools for productivity, automation, and execution tracking Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy Highly organized with exceptional follow-through Comfortable holding leaders accountable without formal authority Strong written and verbal communication skills across leadership levels Proactive, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment PMP certification preferred, not required Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Operational initiatives and action items are consistently executed and closed on time Processes are clearly mapped and understood across teams SOPs are accurate, current, and actively used AI tools measurably reduce manual administrative workload Service leaders are consistently prepared for executive updates and 1:1s Meetings result in clear decisions, ownership, and follow-through Leadership has reliable visibility into execution progress and risks Calendars are well-organized, minimizing conflicts and maximizing productivity
