We grow together! Job Description Tasks: Project Monitoring Proactively monitoring project dashboards (PowerBI) to track the status of tasks, identifying any items that are overdue or at risk. Taking ownership of following up with team members on overdue items, documenting progress and adding comments to ensure clarity. Escalating critical issues and potential delays to project management, enabling swift resolution. Coordination & Communication: Supporting Agile Masters by assisting with the coordination of daily stand-up meetings. Organizing and scheduling key team events, such as monthly Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions. Acting as a key support figure in the coordination of technical upgrade projects. Process & Documentation: Ensuring all project-related documentation is correctly filed and maintained in our central repository (Docupedia). As capacity permits, assisting the team with tasks in SolMan, providing an extra opportunity to learn. Qualifications Profile: Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year Bachelor's student, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. You are available minimum 35 hours per week. You have a basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, project management principles and Agile methodologies (like Scrum). No specific SAP or technical IT background is required. Highly Organized: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a natural ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail, especially when checking statuses, documentation, and deadlines. Proactive & Independent: "Can-do" attitude and are comfortable following up on tasks independently. Excellent Communication: Strong and professional communication skills (written and spoken) in Polish & English (minimum B2 level). MS Office: Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Additional Information Benefits: Paid internship based on a contract of mandate (minimum 6 months).
