Our Big Molly site near Glenevis (40 minutes northwest of Spruce Grove) is our regional Sand Processing Facility where we mine, wash and dry frac sand for direct shipment to our customers. We take pride in our product and value our employees while providing a close-knit, local place to work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in mining, frac sand, aggregates, or related industries
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale operational projects
• Deep understanding of quarry operations, geology, mining best practices, and regulatory compliance
• Financial acumen including budget management and cost control
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of operations
