Description Description A&B Beverage Company is a leading Beverage distributor dedicated to delivering exceptional service. With a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role that blends Delivery, Warehouse Operations and general support. Monday-Friday 6am-3pm Responsibilities: Adhere to all company policies and state and federal regulations. Projects a positive image to all, consistent with company expectations. Serve as a Relief delivery driver to cover driver call outs and vacations and support other delivery drivers as needed Pick product in the Warehouse as needed Assist with loading and organizing pallets for outgoing routes Use sprinter van at Warehouse to run Hot Shots to stores when required. Physically counts in truck each morning and compares with load sheet Delivers product orders as written to designated retail accounts Helps merchandise large loads at store locations when needed. Performs all rotation, stocking & merchandising delivery functions as directed Understand and comply with all quality assurance guidelines and policies of A&B distributors and their suppliers Proven ability to build rapport with clients. Flexibility with work hours Requirements Requirements Education and Experience: Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3+ years Driving Experience 3+ customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, understand and interpret sales figures, discounts, and margins Smart phone to use mobile applications required for the position Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass). Experience with the Distribution Industry 2 + years of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience Physical Requirements:Ability to routinely lift 35 – 75 lbs. and occasionally may be called upon to handle items, with assistance, weighing up to 165lbs, climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job.
