Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analyses of Seeds of Leadership’s 3-year program to assess its overall effectiveness and impact.
Develop and implement data collection methods and tools to gather quantitative and qualitative information on program outcomes.
Design and execute surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights from program participants, graduates, and stakeholders.
Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions about program performance.
Collaborate with program managers and leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success.
Generate regular reports and presentations showcasing key findings, trends, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into program improvement strategies.
Provide recommendations for program enhancements and improvements based on research findings.
Communicate complex analytical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the program based on data analysis.
