We are looking for an Operations Research Analyst in San Diego, California. Summary Develops and applies mathematical models, statistical techniques, and analytical tools to support planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational decision-making. Conducts data analysis, builds decision-support products, and identifies optimal solutions for FRCSW business and engineering challenges. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data. Develop models for resource optimization and workload forecasting. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership. Collaborate with technical and program management teams to support strategic planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in operations research or data analytics. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or statistical tools (R, Python, MATLAB). Knowledge of Navy or DoD operations is preferred.
