Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of Python experience
  • 1+ year of Statistical Analysis experience
  • 1+ years of unsupervised and supervised machine learning experience

  • Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this end client
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Chantilly, VA

Responsibilities
  • Be a Pioneer: Collaborate in the development and deployment of a groundbreaking analytics platform that will set a new standard in the national security sector.
  • Unleash Insights: Dive into massive spatiotemporal datasets, applying advanced machine learning techniques (clustering, forecasting, NLP, graph analytics, and more) to extract actionable intelligence that drives mission-critical decisions.
  • Lead the Charge: Provide technical mentorship and guidance, championing best practices in data science and the innovative application of quantitative methods to overcome complex challenges.
    As a Data Scientist, you will join a high-performing technical team to deliver cutting-edge analytics for high-visibility national security missions. You will build and maintain data pipelines and extract meaningful insights from very large datasets. You will leverage traditional and novel data science techniques to build core analytic methodologies and solutions for user-facing technical tools. You should have a strong understanding of fundamental data science and statistical analysis and will use your expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning models, spatial data science, and time-series analysis. You will advocate for and demonstrate best practices in code documentation, development, task tracking, and communication of technical work product. Given the high-visibility of the role, a successful candidate will have the ability to interact appropriately with client stakeholders, including presenting technical information to audiences of varying technical sophistication.
