Grey Era Inc. is a Toronto-based operations and technology firm enabling early-stage deployment of software-defined vehicle (SDV) programs across North America. Our work focuses on field testing and operational execution — helping Tier 1 suppliers, AV developers, and mobility tech firms launch road-based testing campaigns across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and select U.S. states.
We’re at the early stage of building our company — and this role is designed for someone who wants to contribute directly to startup formation, not just observe it.

• Conduct research on competitors, partners, regions, and operational benchmarks in SDV testing
• Draft internal strategy docs, funding applications, pitch materials, and process flows
• Help track project budgets, hiring needs, and cross-border deployment logistics
• Coordinate documentation related to test campaign design and technical reporting workflows
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and partner communications
