Tress Lounge Canada Corp. is a growing salon franchise focused on delivering premium beauty services across multiple locations in Canada. We are committed to maintaining high standards of service quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Operations & Revenue Manager to lead regional operational oversight, revenue strategy, team performance, and franchise development across assigned salon locations. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for driving growth and maintaining brand standards across multiple salon outlets.

Key Responsibilities Revenue Management & Growth

  • Drive consistent monthly revenue increases across all assigned salon outlets (minimum 10% growth per store, month over month)
  • Ensure cumulative regional revenue growth of minimum 12% per month across all managed locations
  • Develop and implement new revenue streams through premium services and beauty trend integration
  • Achieve minimum 25% of revenue through upselling and value-added services
  • Drive package and membership sales (50-70 packages/memberships per store per month)

Operations & Quality Control

  • Maintain standardized brand quality, hygiene, and operational processes (minimum 90% compliance score per store)
  • Optimize workforce allocation and productivity (>85% productivity target)
  • Manage inventory control and cost management (product costs ≤35-40% of revenue, wastage <5%)
  • Ensure 100% complaint resolution within 48 hours
  • Maintain minimum 70% client retention rate per store

Team Leadership & Development

  • Complete hiring for all store positions within 20 days of requisition
  • Execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs (100% completion within 15 days)
  • Conduct minimum 2 advanced training sessions per month across the region
  • Monitor and improve staff deployment and productivity metrics
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates to CEO on operational performance, revenue growth, and rollout progress
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Support franchise development and expansion initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial workplace regulations

Compensation Package Compensation

  • Competitive base monthly retainer with performance-based escalation structure
  • Commission opportunities tied to revenue achievement milestones
  • Additional commission on retail sales performance
  • Compensation details to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule & Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in operations management, preferably in retail or service industry

  • Knowledge of beauty/salon industry operations (preferred)

Contract Terms

  • Duration: 24-month independent contractor agreement
  • Reporting: Direct reporting to Chief Executive Officer
  • Status: Independent contractor (responsible for own taxes and benefits)
  • Growth Path: Expansion from 5 stores (months 1-6) to 10 stores (months 7-12)
