Responsibilities: Design and develop safety and quality management systems to support Hong Kong Transport Services (HKTS) Business Unit to achieve competitive advantage efficiently and effectively Review existing safety and quality management systems and programmes, including engaging external parties, to ensure the system effectiveness, robustness and efficiency and assure capability to meet the current and emerging business needs Lead or support the implementation of safety and quality improvement initiatives to excel the performance of HKTS Business Unit Requirements: Degree in Safety Management, or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level, preferably gained in an operating railway environment Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred Knowledge of safety management systems and standards such as safety-related legislation, railway system safety, risk management, occupational safety and health management methodologies and tools is an advantage Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and report-writing skills Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
