Minimum Education High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Science, or related field preferred. Minimum Experience Six (6) months experience required in instructor-led training, field operations or related area. Experience working in a Safety focused leadership role preferred. Knowledge Skills and Abilities ASSP, NSC, OSHA Training Institute, or Accredited College Certification preferred. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team. Ability to build effective relationships built on trust, respect and collaboration. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. Ability to develop effective methods for data analysis and interpret results.Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
