POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Operations and Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering a robust and reliable supply chain globally as well as optimising both sales and logistical operations through insightful analytics and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a background in order management and logistics with a strong data-driven analytical mindset.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in operations, order management & logistics.
• An understanding of 3PL management, import/export documentation, and procurement processes.
• Experience as an analyst/in analytics with demonstratable proficiency using analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Experience working with Salesforce is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
