Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Assistant to support our growing lawn care business. In this part-time role, you’ll be responsible for processing our customers renewals, assisting with day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers remain satisfied and our services are delivered smoothly.
This role is for 22.5 hours per week, and Mondays are a required working day. We offer flexibility for the remaining hours, which can be spread across the rest of the week in a way that works for both you and the business (e.g., a few shorter days or fewer full days).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately process and manage customer renewals in line with seasonal schedules and Lawn Care Programmes
  • Communicate with customers regarding upcoming renewals, pricing, and any changes to their programmes.
  • Ensure all tasks and customer communications follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our systems and databases.
  • Follow up on outstanding renewals & customer queries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with invoicing, customer agreements, and other admin as required
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and support the team in delivering high-quality lawn care services
